Timothy C. Daughtry, Ph.D.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1971, Dr. Daughtry earned his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, NC in 1979. In his early career, he worked as a clinical psychologist and as a treatment center executive.

In 1996, he joined CCG, Inc. in Greensboro. As co-owner of that firm, Dr. Daughtry has worked with organizations ranging from international businesses to not-for-profits on mapping out their strategies and developing their leadership force. Using principles from the behavioral sciences, he coaches executives on methods to stay calm and focused under the pressure of leadership and on methods to understand and influence others. Along with co-author Dr. Gary R. Casselman, he published Executing Strategy: From Boardroom to Front Line in 2009. He has also published numerous articles on principles of leadership in various business publications.

In March, 2010, he and Casselman founded Concord Bridge Consulting as a resource for mainstream Americans who are attempting to restore legitimate constitutional government in the United States. Dr. Daughtry has served as a speaker for conservative political gatherings, as a guest on conservative talk radio shows, and has conducted workshops with Dr. Casselman to develop the political skills of mainstream activists and candidates. He has been a regular guest commentator for WorldNetDaily. Waking the Sleeping Giant: How Mainstream Americans Can Beat Liberals at Their Own Game, his newest book with co-author Dr. Casselman, was published by Beaufort Books in 2012, available in book stores everywhere.

Gary R. Casselman, Ph.D.

Dr. Casselman earned his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977. In his early career, he worked as a clinical psychologist. He resigned from another firm as Vice President of Organizational Development and Consulting in 1993, to join CCG, Inc. in Greensboro, becoming its CEO in July, 2001. As a co-owner currently of that firm, Dr. Casselman has consulted with organizations ranging from international businesses to not-for-profits on developing their leadership force to create tighter alignment between their strategy, their leadership force and their corporate culture, all for a bottom line impact. In order to maximize their individual leadership effectiveness, Dr. Casselman coaches executives in key skill areas – staying calm and cool while under fire and managing stress. He and Dr. Timothy C. Daughtry co-authored Executing Strategy: From Boardroom to Front Line, published in 2009 by Capital Books, Inc. He has also published numerous articles on principles of leadership in various business publications.

Bill Flynn

With more than 30,000 hours in front of the microphone as a broadcaster, featured speaker, event host and moderator, Bill Flynn brings a powerful voice to Concord Bridge Consulting. ”Strengthening Conservatives,” “Boosting Your Small Business,” and “Biblical Foundations of the United States Constitution, ” are among his recent keynote presentations. He has written on the routine undermining of the 4th Amendment and authored two books showcasing his humor and unique perspective. Drawing on a vast broadcasting background, Mr. Flynn is a recognized resource for candidates and executives preparing to personally engage electronic and digital media. He routinely serves as moderator and host for candidate and speaker forums.

Bill Flynn graduated from the famed School of Radio Television and Motion Pictures at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kevin Daniels

As president of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of North Carolina, Mr. Daniels has traveled throughout the state speaking to groups about Black American History and advancing conservative principles in the community. He has also served as a consultant on numerous local, state and federal political campaigns. Like many Americans, Mr. Daniels is unhappy with the direction of our country, wishing to challenge the dubious leadership in the black community.
